Shipping policy

ThriveBoxes are distributed to students on a specific date at a central campus location like the student union building; we will notify you in advance of pickup times and full details for your student to pick up their box. If they cannot make that date, alternative collection and delivery options will be provided. Creating community and connecting with others are core values at ThriveBox, so students collecting their box in person is part of the experience (they may also get a bonus treat at pickup!). Shipping by this standard method is free on all ThriveBoxes.

If you would prefer your student's box to be delivered directly to them, please select 'Express' as your shipping method at checkout, for which an additional charge of $20 will apply. We ship to addresses in the vicinity of campuses that are part of the ThriveBox program, with orders handled by our dedicated team of local drivers.
